This is a home with wow factor. In terms of style, space, natural light and its premier location, it’s hard to beat. With 3 lounges, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two separate toilets, this holiday home accommodates two families comfortably. A private jetty, outdoor entertaining, free Wifi, water feature with 3 smart TVs as well as a pool table means and smaller TV’s on the balconies, so many options for your holiday entertainment.
The open-plan living area is light and bright, with a comfortable lounge and TV, indoor dining for 6 and a sleek, modern kitchen. Well-equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso pod machine, Nutribullet, Soda Stream, Kenwood mixer, food processor and spices galore in the pantry, you can cook up a storm, or utilise the BBQ outside on the covered patio with a dining setting for 8 and take in those water views.
There is a separate lounge downstairs, perfect for the kids, but you may find them hard to extract from the upstairs pool table! Keep an eye on them with sunset drinks on the upstairs balcony. Kayaks are supplied for your use during your stay or drop some crab nets off the jetty for our famous blue manna crabs when in season.
The main King bedroom is generous with its own modern full ensuite, as are each of the other 3 bedrooms upstairs with Queen beds. All have plenty of wardrobe space and are beautifully presented.
With laptop space to work, should you need it, a laundry and plenty of parking, as well as that boat trailer access, all boxes are ticked. This is a house that’s so easy to enjoy.
Situated in a quiet residential canal suburb within a 2km drive of the Mandurah foreshore, with all it offers in cafes, pubs and restaurants, this location is terrific. You may have brought your boat to explore the waterways, or be keen to try the family-friendly activities nearby: the aquatic centre, the pirate ship, Amaze Miniature Park or Kings Carnival. With plenty of local parks, the Peel Estuary, local beaches and the wetlands boardwalk close by, there’s so much on offer for families.
No children? Take a wine tour of the Peel region while you are here, play some golf, or simply catch crabs off the jetty when in season and totally relax. Dining out is a must at some point as there’s so much choice, from fine dining to delicious pub food, and most with lovely water views.
