Summary: Property was clean upon arrival, decent bed. At check-in, we had to telephone caretaker and were told the key was in the room. No printed copy of receipt was offered. Ad said complimentary in-room continental breakfast but we didnt find anything. When we arrived back after our day out, we saw no one had cleaned or tidied and hospitality supplies were not refreshed. That evening we telephoned the caretaker to request coffee for the morning (no tea was offered) and we asked about the advertised breakfast and that was not available either. We weere told they don't do that. Small things, really, but they seem to have forgotten the hospitality part of their business.
