The main floor includes a cozy living area, including a 50" Smart TV for all your streaming apps, and fireplace, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably. From the living area, walk into the game room where you can enjoy a game of billiards, play arcade games or watch the game on a dedicated 65" TV. The main floor also contains a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with complimentary coffee. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one with a full bed and the other with both a queen and a full bed, as well as a full sized bathroom.
The second floor opens to a large movie room featuring a giant 100 inch TV with soundbar and subwoofer, seating for the whole gang, fireplace, popcorn machine and great views of the lake via the font bay windows or the back deck. On this level you will also find 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, desk work station, upper reading nook, and bathroom ensuite with a double vanity, walk-in steam shower, and jetted whirlpool tub. The other bedrooms have one with a king bed and one with two sets of bunkbeds. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, full length floor mirror, memory foam mattresses and plush linens and down comforters to ensure a good night's rest.
The basement includes a play area for children with an activity table and play kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a full bed, full bathroom and extra kitchen.
