Positive: The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. I was a bit unsure while booking bcoz of some bad reviews regarding cleanliness and temperature. However, both the rooms that we got were very clean, comfortable and had temperature control.

Negative: If you are carrying multiple trolley bags then be prepared to lift them and struggle a bit through the main entrance.

Summary: Great location, Superb staff and Comfortable stay at a Good price!
