Vitamin Sea Binningup is a lovely laid back, functional seaside holiday home ideal for a family fun escape.
Built into the hill this house is a single storey homes supported by poles with slight ocean glimpses from the front deck. The property is centrally located in town making it on a short stroll to the main swimming beach/pirate ship playground and all the other facilities Binningup has to offer also.
Vitamin Sea consist of 3x bedrooms, 1x bathroom and a second separate toilet which will most comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
The main bedroom is set up with a king bed and the two other bedrooms with queens. The main living area of the house is all open plan living and very functional. The kitchen is fully self-contained with everything you may require for your stay. The lounge area does have a tile fire but sorry it is not for guests use. There is a split system air conditioner unit for all your heating and cooling needs. All bedrooms also have ceiling fans for those warm summer nights. To the front of the house is a large deck to enjoy a cuppa and a sunrise while listening to the birds. The back yard is not fully enclosed so if you wish to bring your fur baby on holiday also you may wish to bring something to tie them up with. Out the front of the house is ample space for parking and also room for a boat if you’re bringing one with you and plenty of grass area for the kids to play.
Binningup is a popular holiday destination, with the lively natural limestone reef that runs parallel to the main beach, providing a protected area for swimming, snorkelling, diving or beach fishing, it also provides safe access to its natural boat ramp for launching off on your next fishing adventure. There is also 4WD access to the south of the main beach or north of Westcoast Drive, a popular beach for surfing in the winter months. Binningups general store sells all the necessities such as groceries, fuel, alcohol, ice, fishing gear and bait, free use of an air compressor for inflating tyres, DVD’s, magazines and takeaway food. Or if you prefer a meal out the Fishing Club is open Thursday and Friday nights which is located at the main beach foreshore with the pirate ship playground for the kids or the Binningup Country Club does delicious meals on Friday nights located on Lakes Parade.
Binningup is located 1.5hrs south of Perth and is only 15-30 minutes to Australind, Eaton or Bunbury’s shopping facilities.
